The Bethlehem Project works to alleviate the current food crisis in North Korea through its three-pronged strategy of directly feeding those who need it most (growing children, pregnant mothers, and the elderly), providing valuable job skills for previously unskilled laborers, and recruiting young ethnic-Korean Chinese to aid their North Korean brethren.

The Bethlehem Project not only feeds the people of North Korea but provides for their regular needs. The North Korean employees receive special health care benefits that are extended to any of their family, friends, or neighbors when in need of medical treatment or extra assistance. This system gives the workers a unique sense of security and shows them that they are genuinely cared for, something non-existent in North Korean society.

The Bethlehem Project is dedicated to feeding the children of North Korea and training young workers who will one day lead their country into a brighter future.
